Synopsis
“Love Rain” depicts a 1970′s pure love and a love from the present day at the same time. It shows how the offsprings of a previous ill-fated couple, who met in the 1970s, managed to meet and fall in love.
Seo In Ha (Jang Geun Suk) and Kim Yoon Hee (Yoona), a art student and a shy beauty, met and fell in love with each other during college in the 1970s but unfortunately their love was fated to never be.
Now in the present 21st century, Seo In Ha’s son, Seo Joon (Jang Geun Suk) (a liberal photographer) meets and falls in with Kim Yoon Hee’s daughter, Kim Ha Na (Yoona), a cheerful and energetic girl who’s personality is different from her mother’s.
Will their love for each other keep them together or will they have to face the same fate as their parents? (Source)

i just fhinised watch this drama and i like the storyline.
but… I think yoona’s acting is not good. especialy when the sad scene’s.
I can’t feel sadness at yoona’s acting.
maybe, it’s make this drama get low rating.
is unfortunate, whereas JGS’s acting in this drama si so great.

Love Rain is the BEST DRAMA OF ALL TIME!!
The drama is unique and different from other korean dramas…..The Beautiful drama is full of sorrow and laughter at the same time. It is soo addictive that i watched the latest episodes without English Subs and i still did not miss a single episode even though i had tests!!
People say that it is predictable but say that only when you have been attentively watching it because the Love Rain fans were going crazy whether the main casts were going to be together or whether the actress would die since the writer of the drama usually have a sad ending in all his dramas.So it wasnt predictive AT ALL! I am going to miss the drama and the amazing actors who did their utmost performannce. I am sure that the casts and director would win many awards!!

i was hesitant first to see this drama because of the low ratings. but we really shouldn’t judge dramas by the ratings that they get, some may be overrated and some underrated.
storyline is good, it’s just that there are “idle” moments especially when the senior casts were on screen…hehehe… .
Anyway, yoona’s acting has improved compared to her acting in “Cinderella Man.” JGS is at his best… 
looking good as he mature in his roles…

I had watched this drama, and eventhough most people (who give rating) hate it, I love it. For JGS and Yoona, keep up the good work, both of you had done good job of picturing 2 different character at different timeline

I like this drama because of the great sceneries shown compare to its story line & actors. The most touching scene in this drama is when JKS express his understanding on his father’s love to Hana’s mother and seek for his father forgiveness on his bad treat on him. This is what a family members’ need to forgive and accept each other.
This is a beautiful drama but not a touching drama compare to Rooftop Prince that I have seen prior to Love Rain. May be the love feeling is not as deep as I felt on Rooftop Prince whereby the actors sacrifice their life for eternity of love.

First, i want asked apologize to admin and love rain fans. I just want to expose my deep minds. Well. . .
WHY EVERYONE ARE SO PROUD AND THOUGHT THAT IT IS BEST DRAMA EVER???
I have download ep 1-6, and i start to watch ep 1, OMG, the storyline is so suck and weird, its so bored, until i want to sleep. . . Next i c0ntinue to watch ep 2-6. Of course its n0t false if i skip part by part during watch the ep. I d0nt gain everything after watching, the storyline is bad and bored. No doubt if the rating so low… Really low! Damn! You should change your mind, its BEST BORED DRAMA EVER after mary stayed out all night and flower boy ramyun!!!

i haven’t watched love rain. yeah, the tv rate is not everything. i love jgs’s you are beautiful even the rate is low but i don’t like his mary stay outside. it is kind of same story line. i understand the internet fans worthship him that is why he always get some attention from whatever he made. i hope he will pick the better drama next time to keep his high reputation(he is so young and handsome–girly dressed).

beautiful love story, and i think Yoona and JGS are playing their roles very well. Both can act totally 2 different characters. Joon and In Ha totally different character and JGS play them very well. So as Yoona.
But the storyline is a bit rush in beginning of Joon and Ha na time. when Joon and Ha Na falling in love, it’s too sudden. I feel there’s no strong chemistry and enough story for their feeling to make them to fall each other. It is saved by their acting and the love story afterwards

JUST STARTED WATCHING KOREAN DRAMAS, THIS AND A LOVE TO KILL ARE AMAZING , I HAVE ORDERED SOUNDTRACKS AND DVD’S AND DIRECTOR S CUT FOR A LOVE TO KILL. FANTASTIC AND SO BEAUTIFUL AND MELANCOLY, I DON’T KNOW HOW ANYONE COULD NOT LOVE THESE 2 SUPERB ACTORS IN lOVE RAIN. IT IS WONDERFUL.

I like this drama Love Rain very much. But I love “You’re Beautiful” and “Mary Marry Me” more. It is just good love story. YB and MMM are more touching.
That’s why I prefer watching “49 Days” now. It’s worthwhile watching this drama “49 days”. A lot of lessons to learn from. One of things – Life is Precious. Don’t simply neglet your own life. Live life to fullest.
Do watch “49 days”. Bet you will never regret watching this interesting and a very touching story, down-to earth drama.

This is the most boring drama ever! First time I have ever fallen asleep at the drama..WTF… it really suck~!
