actually the very high rating also consider because they dont have competitor in same time slot, SBS and MBC air Evening News in this timeslot, and only start their drama on 20:55, so it easy for KBS2 drama in this time slot to gain 25-30% more in first few episode and maybe can got 40% until 50%more too in following episode, although the storyline also give contribution to its high rating…

epi 41:
dat lil’ boy ‘kim ji hwan’ who’s autistic n an orphan is too cute…d way he clings to cha yoon hee n calls her ‘mom’ is very touching. i jus hope he will be adopted by d ‘bang’ family eventually.
the segment abt bang yi sook n chun jae yong is hilarious when d latter feigned illness jus to keep her by his side….their love story is evolving slowly but surely! <3<3
its a wonder d writer is able to maintain d pacing of dis drama when d issues at hand are few n far in between…she's able to hold d audience's attention by creating interesting twists n turns outta ordinary everyday fare…n d spectacular casts deserve mention here…everyone of them is tops in their acting…its a real marvel to see such a gem…everyone of us kdrama addicts should view dis drama coz its dat great!!!

what an awesome piece of drama! nothing beats it at this rate..all the best ingredients of family love and understanding, tears and laughter, love and romance in the air..thanks to exceptionally creative scriptwriters that kept us on our toes waiting for the next episode and the next! thanks to good upbeat music and a wonderful cast that made this worthwhile watching.
I hope they’ll continue expanding on the storyline on these lovable characters, esp the romance betw the suave, trendy supervisor n the pretty daughter … to marriage and a happy life in the countryside…you never know..like, the funny and chaotic adjustments in the countryside from the citylife..well, just for the time being before they move back to city living…just an idea..LOL!
C’mon , don’t stop at 58 episodes, ok? We need more episodes ! Cheers!

epi 43 & 44:
chun jae yong finally had d guts to move a step forward in winning yi sook’s heart by stealing a kiss fr her! yi sook was too shocked n gave him a very hard slap in his face! he demanded that they date straight away but yi sook is acting all confused!
these two epis are hilarious when bang mal sook n cha seh gwang’s relationship was found out by his sister…
d grandma of gwi nam has also finally found out abt his aunt’s involvement in his disappearance n she demanded that d aunt get a divorce fr her husband.
yoon bin’s career is finally looking bright again when he was successful in his singing comeback all thanks to d persistence of his manager, bang il sook!

This drama is full of hilariously funny events that you can relate to your everyday life. Even the drama My Family My Love could not compare to this drama. I hope the producers in Korea will create more dramas like this which is entertaining yet able to show to the viewers of the Korean culture and family lifestyle

honestly im watching this series coz im cnblue fans, kang min hyuk is in this drama, but im eventually hooked with storyline, this drama is really good but honestly at first im disappointed with another “cute dongsaeng” role minhyuk played in this drama im expect his role will be different since they said he will played as playboy, but i found Lee Hee Joon (Jae Yong) he is my favorite in this drama, of course my favorite couple is Yi Sook – Jae Yong, will continue watching it..

I don’t believe it! Such a fabulous drama and they don’t know how to continue with another 50 episodes! Was there ever any other drama w such high viewerships? There are other dramas that are so boring and terrible scripts and yet they dragged to 100+ episodes?
This is a drama that everybody loves..the goose that laid the golden egg!
The right ingredients, creative scriptwriters, producers, awesome OSTs!
C’mon, KBS, why dont you produce a sequel to MY HUSBAND GOT A FAMILY 2 ? I love Yisook/Jaeyong couple, Mingsuk/Malsook, 11sook/Yoon Bin couples! What about a showdown between the families; Bang sisters n Cha Yoon Hui vs the Jaeyong’s sisters? Of course, Bang sisters upstaging Jaeyong’s sisters? Yisook/Jaeyong having countryside setting, etc?
with all the fun, the 3 sisters’ romance and their extended lives, etc?
There are so much subjects to produce…so give us a sequel !

With such wonderful ratings, nationwide and Seoul and elsewhere – I’m not even Korean and I’m loving it – why is KBS wrapping up at epsiode 58? Viewers are demanding more episodes , and the producers are wrapping up and throwing away everything, even the fantastic cast and storylines?
Matter of fact, the 11-Sook/Yoon Bin couple had just started uphill, Jaeyong/Yisook’s funny ups and downs of romance barely started, likewise the youngest couple…so how can there be an abrupt ending at 58?
there’re heaps to write about..the 2 aunts are fun too.

looks like nobody is listening to us viewers to extend this drama…killing d golden goose or not!
as it is, things are getting wrapped up at a frantic pace eg the jaeyong-yisook romance altho yoonbin-illsook has hardly advanced; cha yoon hee losing her baby is quite unnecessary if not for providing a chance for gwi nam to forgive his aunt; urging yoon hee-gwi nam to go overseas is surely signalling d end of this drama…(heard that yoo joon sang) playing gwi nam’s character is getting engaged in another drama….*sigh*
all i can do is learn to live without this drama or getting d spectacular ratings board all framed up for me to goggle at n day-dream abt its inevitable end!

omg….ive just viewed epi 55; every single scene is so touching…it brought tears to my eyes. the way gwi nam is forgiving his aunt n relieving her of all her guilt, its awesome! you cannot find anyone else who is more compassionate n noble…
jaeyong-yisook couple is truly lovable…it always lifts my spirits n make me smile everytime they pursue their innocent luv. jaeyong’s dad is fierce n comical at d same time….actually, father n son is somewhat alike in some ways, for one, they both luv having 5 kids/grankids! its gonna be an uphill task/feat for yisook to realise that, im sure…kkkk!
segwang-malsook…its tears galore for them both since segwang will be joining d military service soon; malsook irks viewers much with her childish behavior n constant clinging, whinning, crying over segwang…
i wish she just grows up n face reality for once!
sadly, this drama is surely drawing closer to its end whether we like it or not…n its time we applaud every single actor/actress for a job well done n for keeping us entertained as well…this drama beats a lot of other dramas airing at the same time….who would believe i pushed ‘may queen’, ’5 fingers’, ‘to the beautiful u’, ‘faith’ n ‘arang…’ to the backseat when this drama was uploaded each time…so it definitely shows how much space it had procured in my heart <3…
