   There was a cameo of the third sister in-law’s ex-boyfriend (the guy was in Wild Romance as the Manager with serious demeanor).

   in ep28 the third sister in-law’s ex-boyfriend suddenly professes that he liked her while giving her his wedding invitation, aishhh……
   then trailer for ep29 shows he plans to break off the engagement if the third sister in-law accepts him, hemh……..so sweet……….

   You are right, the hairstyle is somewhat not suited to the person, but I guess the writers & director prefers the character to have that kind of look

   sorry, I do not have synopsis for each episode. I watch each episode online through dramacrazy and kimchidramas.
   The plot of the drama is getting to be very interesting, the writer has somehow given sufficient airtime to all the family members that put the viewers in grips of excitement to know what will happen next. LOL

   its a family basis drama, wonder that the viewers dint watch online even it got 1st rating, tats why the comments here are very few.. or almost adults or ahjummas which are only got free times
   and conquered to watch tv at that peak time, but not from the net.. so can easily conclude that this drama is bias to adults only, hmm..

   most of the KD viewers online want to watch dramas that have less episodes that has well know actors/ actresses (young, beautiful & good looking). This drama is a family drama that has ‘not sooo famous actors and actresses’ which does not catch the attention of the KDramas fans.

   I do watch many KDramas and by chance I gave this drama a try and found it entertaining with all the ‘right elements’ that makes the storyline entertaining to watch.

    Am not bias to kdrama before, but as u said in no 34 regd online viewers , it’s true n it happened to me now, cz i ve found a brilliant actor but less reting, so cant help to watch every way i can, online is the best to watch, tats the final conclusion, and the most i like now is a korean black cat with no ab ( i call him) fighting jang keun suk, i love him!

    Dr Bang is sooo adorable, if only we can have model husband like him in real life. But that is only wishful thinking.
    Writer of this drama purposely create twists in the romance, which I am sure Yi Sook will end up with the restaurant boss.
    I can’t stand the third sister in-law, hope a very severe event will be befall on her to teach her a lesson.
    First sister-in law will surely end up with Woo Bin, LOL.

    This drama is very family oriented. The drama would interest viewers who likes to see the antiques (behaviour) of the goings-on in a large extended family from the successful siblings to the ‘always unfortunate’ siblings. There is no sibling rivalry here, only focus on how the current Koreans deal with ‘IN-LAWS’ demanding requests. LOL

    Please see some of my earlier comments in the thread to know the flow of the storyline.

    I love this drama, story line, actors, and their parts. Lee Hee Joon playing Chun Jae Yong is brilliant. His acting looks to me so natural.

    kim nam joo is outstanding as cha yoon hee….smart, open-minded, eloquent, pretty n a very caring wife to her lovely hubby, bang gwi nam aka terry kang.

    there is never a dull moment in this drama coz the flow is steady; full of funny moments as well as sad….by watching this drama, i guess any new daughter-in-law will be able to handle her new mom-in-law just by following the escapades of cha yoon hee.

    she is able to manouvre her way around all the oldies basically her mom-in-law, father-in-law n d grandmother who have such rigid ideas/thinking
    n still come out tops!

    she is very comical, n her acting is natural as well as superb! i really enjoyed watching her real life hubby, kim seung woo in his cameo part n yes, he was hilarious as well!! both husband n wife are real talented n loving!!

    another natural actor is lee hee joon as chun jae yong….he made me laugh everytime he talks to himself n his attempts to attract d attention of bang yi sook is comical too.

    there is not much intrigue in this drama save for d part of gwi nam’s aunt, jang yang sil who was responsible for his disappearance when he was 5.

    omg! look at d ratings! its bursting thru d charts! its very very rare for a drama to get such overwhelming response all round…its quite an achievement really! n what have we but very normal, everyday stuff that could have happened to any other family…yet d drama seems real enuf!

    first it has great actors/actresses (veterans as well as d younger set) who can really act their hearts out…who can connect with viewers n keep them interested week after week! as far as epi 37…d story has but only 1 gripping plot that threatens to break up d ‘bang’ family…n thats about it….just 1 suspenseful plot which keeps viewers glued to their seats!

    d writer has to be commended for devoting almost equal time to each of d characters n their separate families…in-laws as well…d patriach n matriach of d bang family is warm, cheerful people altho losing their son was eating away at their hearts…but they kept d family together thru their love n wisdom…only to be rewarded with d return of their son…

    d daughter-in-law must be d female lead coz she has d most lines n scenes; n she did her job perfectly! kim nam joo is such an accomplished actress…its great fun watching her n her comical antics…having to deal with meddlesome in-laws n all…

    actually, dis drama has lots of comical moments n very intelligent script…its a drama that can be enjoyed by young n old not only those married coz d issues addressed here is universal…promoting family togetherness, love n current issues….in fact, there is not a single dull moment in all of 37 epis so far!!

    I’ve learned, when a high ranking in Korea the drama is not good
      And when that low rating in Korea the drama is good.

    it shouldn’t be a surprise the very high ratings for this drama; it’s a clean, family oriented series which has comedic parts if you had watched from the start, you’ll understand. cheers!

    Gosh!! Actor LEE HEE JOON as chun jae yong is brilliant n makes me enjoy watching him in the show.
    He’s such a natural..he makes me love him and laugh at the same time at watching his funy antics trying to win over his true love..Yi Sook.
    They make such a lovely pair together. I hope the scriptwriters would create more stories woven around them as I’d love to see more of them in their humorous, romantic misunderstandings and escapades like going on a holiday, meeting each other’s parents, and tug-of-war with the other tall guy who’s also in love with her….

    @usa-mary #49: once u start….u wont be able to stop! its like a drug…keeps u wanting to go on n on, hehe!! d ratings is breathtaking! not even 1 epi is a letdown…

    woh! kim nam joo is d best actress here! she’s simply too funny! i like all d other characters except of course, d aunt n d uncle who works in real estate…he’s trying too hard to be funny….never gives up trying but i dun find him funny at all!!

    d spoilt youngest daughter, bang mal sook is truly real spoilt…she’s such an unpleasant character n a real pain…d ex-singer, yoon bin is also very funny….he’s forever trying to put on airs n pretends to be what he is not!

    altho d story is based mostly on normal everyday fare…u wont find anything boring here…d flow of d drama/pacing is fantastic….u cannot find any fault either with d script or d direction…everything is perfect!! its a real stress reliever after a hard day’s work to watch dis drama.

    its simply d best drama u can find!
