    jessy Says:

The leading actor is cute n YSY match the title of Flower boy but the actress is not match at all..Why the director pick Lee Jin Ah? she’s too old for YSY n her face wierd..It is not natural beauty…but a very scary plastic surgery..

After all, the storyline is okay..i just don’t like the leading actress only.. :/

@jessy #351 , :-D I think you miss some important info about this drama. The original male lead was actually Kim Jae Won. He got into an accident while filming the first episode and fractured his shoulder. Because of that he was replace by YSY. The female lead match the original cast in term of age. I think they choose YSY to take over the rule even if he was younger because his drama prior to that did quite well.

I’ve watched until episode 10. I can say that, the story is so good! I really enjoy watching this drama. Now I regreted that why I watch it now since I thought it wasn’t good (coz i bought it for quite long).

I agree that both LJA and YSY have shown their best in this drama. I also prefer YSY than KJW.

This is one of the best dramas ever!

    Gretz16 Says:

:) I love to watch this drama, first because the story is nice, it was chosen by Kim Jae Won, i know it will be good and im not disappointed about it. If he didn’t get into an accident for sure he will be as good as YSY. I like both actors. YSY did a great job portraying his role. I don’t mind about the age gap because his chemistry with the heroine is quite strong. I feel sad about the rating, but overall, this drama is great.

    Thomas Mercks Says:

I’ve only watched a few things that I have had to read. The first through Netflix was “Castaway on the Moon”, and now “I Am A Flower, Too”. I am not too familiar with Korean productions, but I have thoroughly enjoyed both productions through subtitles. (USA, English). I thought the actors fit their parts well in “Flower” and I thoroughly enjoyed all 15 episodes, and all the actors did a great job. The one thing I found was a real fressness in seeing something different. It seems all USA filmmakers or TV producers are at the point just creating remakes – of everything. Are there no more original ideas in Hollywood? There seem to be a few in Korea. I’ll keep watching… Thanks.

    awesomemicaela Says:

To be honest, I really pitied Han Go Eun. I wouldn’t have minded if she ended up with YSY as she really did love him. I don’t think YSY should have left Han Go Eun and the kid, Ah In, alone. He should have stayed with them. Not once has he shown a moment of warmth towards Go Eun. Her sad circumstances are what made her like that, the trauma of losing her husband makes her unable to accept another person leaving her. Poor thing :(

    Aisha Says:

I don’t feel sorry for han go eun at all
you should learn to admit the fact and what do you mean he didn’t show love for her and her child. he took great care of them and gave his all in caring for them.Actually love is different from pity.he pities han go eun because she is pathetic but he loves lee ji ha
who would be stupid enough to forsake love for pity

  22. 372
    Aisha Says:

who would be stupid enough to give up love for pity.truthfully han go eun loves him but what to do he doesn’t love her. even if they end up together they are not going to be happy. the three of them would be heart broken at last

  23. 373
    praize...from Nigeria Says:

Where is it a rule that an older woman and a youger man cannot be in Love? And is it a rule that a younger woman is a better lover or wife? love trancends age, race and even social status…let’s enjoy a great drama and not be too critical of these things… cheers!
