Although the ending is good, but not as sweet as we expected, no intimate kisses…. so disapointed.
I will miss Yoon Shi Yoon. Looking forward to his new dramas and movies.
Take care, all fans.

I really loved MTF an outstanding OST that was brilliantly used to just amplify the emotions in any scene. What I loved the most was the extravagant acting from Yoon Si Yoon, who brought Jae Hee to life and bore a hole in my heart in ways I never thought would happen. I will miss Yoon Shi Yoon. Looking forward to his new dramas.

@Mystisith, @Jennie–#271, #2723,
When r these things ever objective?
There is fangirling, n then there is preference.
There r good shows that deserve to be popular, e.g. SEGA, TPM;
There r good shows w limited appeal, e.g. Deep rooted tree; Padam, Padam; It’s abt superb acting.
There r poor shows w popular appeal, e.g. My Princess; LTM; Who can resist the charm of SSH n KTH? or KJH n YEH? However lousy the writing?
There r poor shows that only fangirls can love; I won’t name them cos of possible death threats;
There r relatively poor shows (some poorer than others) that some ppl will love. Most KDs fall into this category. But then in the minds of the ppl who love them, these shows always rank higher than they do in the minds of most other ppl. And they’ll always come up w reasons to explain their lack of popularity, like:
Who cares abt ratings? Ratings r bogus.
Bad timing cos its shown at the same time slot as xyz;
PPl r boycotting it becos of such reasons; etc.
Personally, you can’t pay me enough money to watch certain stars. It’s a matter of preference.
I don’t think it matters what the poll is called; Ultimately we are all just voting for the show WE Think is best. Right?

Oh, it is #271, #273:
I should call the last category of shows: mediocre shows, some of which r better than others. Most KDs belong in this category.
But to my mind, a mediocre show is a disappointing one, n therefore a poor one. It doesn’t mean it has no saving grace, it just means that watching it is not a total pleasure for most viewers.

@KDaddict Most voters, in my opinion are voting for their current favourite drama and only a small percentage will actually consider past dramas even if they loved it before as whatever enthusiasm and excitement for these dramas would be long gone, just as you say, most would be voting for what they think best, and in this case, their current best. I still think it should be Favourite Drama instead of Best Drama,looking at the current results because for sure most voters are voting for their favourite and not the best for the year. Looking at the results, I suspect there’s a propaganda out there somewhere asking fans to vote. The fandom of DBSK is way too huge (I am a an of DBSK but I dare say I did not vote for the drama as it falls short of my expectations) and I won’t be surprised if it topples City Hunter at third place before the night is over. The results here do not reflect objective voting, for sure. Humans are a diversed lot and it’s hard to agree on something and it’s only natural if one gives her support to a particular drama or a star, for whatever reasons. Doesn’t matter if you agree or not becos that person believes in them, as long as they are logical and acceptable. There’s actually no right or wrong to them and so no poor, mediocre or best drama because, whatever the outcome of the results, there’ll be disagreements, just as the past two years results have shown. Just look at last year’s MSOAN-for best drama? I def. don’t agree even tho I like JGS and MGY very much. Same goes for Best/Favourite Actor/Actress. One man’s meat may be poison to another. For this year, for me Best Drama, my head says Secret Garden but my heart currently is M2F now so I vote for it on diff days, to say honestly. But I don’t pay much attention to this awards because you’ll never be satisfied. I am happy with my choice/s, who cares what others think, just as long as I get to watch my favourite dramas along with my favourite stars

if we talking about label of ” best Drama” ..in 2011 there is no best drama according to me..but favorite drama many like this drama (M2f)…
for me the best drama the story line must be like;
1. king of baking
2. Iris
3. Stairway to heaven.

@Jennie,
Voters vote for the drama or stars that they like; that’s subjective for sure. But from the points of view of drama production, creative writing, n acting, it is entirely possible to tell superior dramas from mediocre n shoddy ones.
Some KDs r hurriedly produced without proper preparation; some scripts waver n the bottom falls out; some actors or actresses are new n inexperienced. Compared to some KDs whose producers r meticulous abt their work; some writers r just more gifted n r simply better in plot n dialogue; some actors can act circles around others. I believe that all KDs r not created equal.
Fangirls will like a show as long as their idol appears in it. Most viewers r happy w a show if it pushes the right buttons for them. That’s the subjective part. There is another level where some KDs r better in the quality of production, writing, n acting than others, not that most viewers will care abt that.

@Jennie,
In other words, for proper assessment, there r actually 2 parts to the equation:
the objective assessment of its quality: how well is it produced, written n acted?
the subjective assessment of its appeal to one’s personal taste: Is it the type of show (realism, fantasy, saguek, detective, melodrama, action, etc) one prefers? Is it a writing style (satire, comedy, slapstick, slow-burn, narrative within a narrative, etc) one enjoys? R these the stars one likes?
These r 2 diff sets of criteria.
